Week Review ~ 20th June 2015
Firstly, Robert reports that OverGround unit 315802 is being painted into their livery. It was at Ilford on Tues 09th June. Meanwhile, 315856 was still in one livery on the same date.
As stated on this page, the Torbay Express started up last week. We thank our contributor, who'd like to remain anonymous, for sending in their image. However, copyright remains to them still.
Onto Abellio Greater Anglia, their Twitter team confirm the next 317/6 to enter service with new seat covers is 317/658.
Barry H tells us that 360117 also has had new seat covers fitted, joining 360101. However, hasn't entered service yet and is at Illford depot.
Robert has sent us a number of updates. He states "10247 (AGA livery) is now in use and 12035 is also now in AGA Livery. Also, 91131 in new VTEC livery".
For the full list of information provided in Robert's e-mail, please refer to the necessary FleetList.
90034 (previously owned by DRS, but now on loan from DB Schenker) appears to have been decoupled from any InterCity set. It's seen here at Crown Point.

Class 37s entered service on Tuesday. A reminder that the Class 47s finished their last 'shift' on Tuesday morning. This was a few hours before being taken over by the 37s hauled set, which will also operate the Saturday hauls from Yarmouth to Norwich).
However, unfortunately, some "enthusiasts" are going too far. There's already been reports of excessive window hanging on the 37s and some trains have been cautioned. Please remember the risks & take care out there. As the local readers will probably know, the Wherry Lines have numerous bridges close to the tracks. Safety's the utmost priority, and we also encourage people to refrain taking it too far. There's a limit between fun and danger. Thank you.
KingsLynn47576 has allowed us to use one of his outstanding images of the 37s. I really love some of the settings used to capture the railway stock!
Moving on, a lovely story regarding a member of staff who intervened when someone wished to take their life.
Taking part in our quiz? :-) You've got until Thursday to send in your answers.
Finally, Admin Andy states how (60 047) is the latest to be painted and back in use and that 'Tornado' is now painted green.
