SPECIAL ~ 59 003.
GBRF'S 59 003 has been out and about, and left Southern England earlier this week for Northern England (Liverpool) to join the Liverpool Biomass workings.

It was exported to Germany in 1999, however GBRF purchased it from Heavy Haul Power International over a year ago now, and arrived back in the UK in Summer 2014. It was hoped the locomotive would return by December 2014, however certain issues have held back 59003's official return.
59 003 "Yeoman Highlander" is rather crucial to expanding GBRF's business oppurtunites, and is the first Class 59 to join the strong GBRF fleet.
Pictured below is 59 003 working from Eastleigh Arlington to Gloucester via Reading on Sunday 11th October, captured superbly by Dan Warman.
Overall, 59 003 is a great addition to the GBRF fleet, there was some hard work that went in to the preparation and overhaul/repaint stage, and as a result, British companies will benefit massively in the future as Rail freight trade grows massively.
