East Anglia & the South-East: Updates
Since our 'Anglia Updates' post on Tuesday, I've been inundated with emails with even more news. Of course I had to publish these images, which remain copyrighted to their owners.
Firstly, Ian Sharman was at Ipswich at 09:59 on the 25th November. Capturing 90034, it's seen hauling DVTs 82132/82152 and MK3 12166 on a Norwich to Ilford ECS move (probably for maintenance).
Meanwhile, Jonathan Maxim has sent me this (right). No, you're not seeing things; once again, it's 90034! This time it's on the return working, the same day, bringing 90014 and two MK3s back to Norwich.

90012 failed at Kelvedon the previous night, and there wasn't ample time to turn the set around after it was towed away and fixed. It worked the 15:00 Liverpool Street to Norwich (16:50) and 17:30 Norwich to Liverpool Street on Wed 25th November in reversed formation. Today it's on the 09:00/14:00 Norwich to Liv Street, 12:30/16:30 Liverpool Street to Norwich, 19:00 Norwich to Liverpool Street and 21:30 return.
Finally, we head south. The first Thameslink Class 700 test run to Brighton, which was formed of 700107, occured on Tuesday evening. Whilst South Eastern units 375609/617 are now in the 'Urban blue' livery. #SouthernRailScene ^Harry
